I need to write down the name and learn the words of the song that got so many fantastic smiles out of 10 m. o. X. during my session with him and his family on Saturday. I was also very excited to use so many of my props in one session, and even more thrilled when mom brought a few fantastic additions from home, as well. Hope you will enjoy this preview...
Another great session in NYC! The weather was just absolutely perfect for 5 y.o. Z.'s outdoor session, and 6 month old B., really was so, so calm during her studio time with me. All I had to do was make a few funny sounds, and she would immediately give me the most charming smiles! Here is the preview...I had a hard time selecting just a few of my absolute favorites...
"Love does not consist of gazing at each other, but in looking together in the same direction." ~Antoine de Saint-Exupery
S. and O., together with their two little ones, J. and L., became husband and wife in an intimate beach ceremony at Ship Bottom in Manahawkin, N.J. Although the weather did not cooperate, the warmth of this couple warmed and welcomed those that were there to capture and to witness their special day! Interestingly, as the ceremony concluded, the rain had ceased, with just glimpses of sun emerging from under the clouds, providing us with a very romantic backdrop against which we captured this lovely family.
I am very excited to share these photos, and hope to hear your thoughts and comments!
Love the thumb up on Landon on this one!!!
Mazel Tov, M! Congratulations on your right of passage! I was delighted and honored to photograph such an important milestone in your life.
Also, I want to say big thank you to my second shooter--Zahar Raskin.
I had he pleasure of meeting and photographing bride-to-be, Hillary, and groom-to-be, Tony while on trip to the picturesque Nantucket. Hillary, an island native, was very excited to learn that I will be on the island over the Labor Day weekend. She chose to make her hometown, the historic city of Nantucket, as the location for their engagement photos. I couldn't have agreed more with her choice; as the town's original cobblestone streets, brick buildings, and the waterfront served as a gorgeous backdrops to us! However, following this session, although I greatly enjoyed the scenery, what I found most memorable was the the warmth and kindness of this couple, and more so, their love for one another!
